Don't buy from these guys unless they resolve my problem. Here is what I discovered tonight and sent them for a resolution. I cannot believe they tried to deceive us in this way and I can only assume they are actively doing this to other people.

I have told you that this watch broke in 1 1/2 months of use and have not got a reply from anyone after selecting the right email. Now that I am analyzing the problem I realize you shipped the wrong watch because the buckle on the watch I ordered is totally different from the buckle on the watch that was sent to me. I was ripped off. I ordered the following watch which is a 358.00 dollar watch.

Please take note of this discrepancy and send me the correct watch or I will have to expose this problem to all replica watch forums where much of your business is obtained.

Here is how I know that I got the wrong watch. Look at the buckle on the 358.00 Dollar watch and the buckle on the 118 dollar watch. My buckle on the watch received is exactly like the 118 dollar watch and has failed. Please send me an RMA for my watch I received and send me the correct watch I paid for --- the 358 dollar watch.

Where we will either attempt to resolve your issue, or in the few cases where you're wrong or have wildly inflated concepts of this hobby we will also kindly inform you of that.

Your links do not work, you have no pictures of your own watch for anyone to compare and claiming you were sent a $118 watch instead of a $350 watch based solely on the buckle being different is not a basis for being 'ripped off'.

Good luck to those who buy from this vendor. I have no reason to lie and purchased two watches from them. The first one --- no problems and received correct product. The second one ---- clearly wrong product according to the pictures.

Why some people don't even take the time to read?
The FIRST thing you have to do if you have an issue with a TD is opening a help ticket, as stated.
The mods will help you out.

BTW TS watch is a well known dealer around here and no one's gonna believe he ripped you off by sending the wrong watch on purpose.

The second watch is also a datejust sized (35m) fantasy sub- that's why it has the datejust clasp

OP - either the factory put the wrong clasp on a proper sub, or they did order the wrong watch. Is your watch a 40mm sub or a 35mm sub? it's hard to tell from the tiny picture of just the back you sent.

Either way, wrong clasp or wrong watch, they will make it right, so please calm down. There's really no need to act like this over an issue, when you can get it calmly sorted out without resorting to freaking out. Step back, count to ten, and relax. We've all gotten the wrong stuff in the mail before - the world will not end.
