I wouldn't exactly call him an experienced seller on Ebay. He only has 139 sales in 10 years. Mostly phones and lingerie. lol Some people honestly don't know if it's a genuine rolex or not. I know people that would see the cheapest canal street replica and not know if it was gen or not. So, he might not know, but still he can't sell that on there.

I have been with Ebay for 15 years and don't sell many things but I can tell you it's so hard from a sellers point of view to keep a 100% rating so he has obviously sold great stuff in the past (albeit low cost items). And buyers can leave negative feedback but the seller can't! WTF!
I'm with you, he may actually think it's a genuine Rolex so this may do him a favour letting him know. Poor bugger.
