Best way to request services

Hello, I've been trying to contact watchservicesny about a movement servicing request, though I haven't been able to connect with him as of yet.

Is there a way he prefers we reach out to him other than PM/email, or should I just hang tight? As this will be my first time working with him, I'd like to go about communications in his preferred way. Thanks all and happy Thursday!
