Best way to polish DJ 41 fluted bezel if you hit it into bed and left mark on the edge og the bezel?

Anyone with any tips of how to repair it and make it look nicer?

It's a good advice - send it to a pro. If it is anything more than a scratch, you can only make it worse by trying to fix it yourself.

Based on what I have read from some members in this forum, the ARF fluted bezel have rhodium plating to maintain shine. I don’t think it’s a good idea to cape cod. There is a special tool to polish the bezel grooves. Maybe TomRep has one.

I have used tomrep many times for modding, repairing etc.
Cant recommend him enough.

Met him in person.
Hes the nicest person ever, trust me.

And he knows his stuff.

Getting a whole new bezel would cost you a lot less than repairing this one. The ding is way too deep to be polished. Needs laser welding.

You can ask you TD for a spare ARF one. However shipping costs from CN may be even more than the bezel itself, so I’d suggest to just get a new watch and have the TD ship a new bezel with it too

Per my TD - ARF has new policies on parts, they are not selling anything but bracelets. Even I wanted a new bezel but was told no. Maybe OP will have better luck.

I had there same issue in an ARF 36DJ. I used metal polish, worked great. Almost managed to rub it out.

Oh. I knew they weren’t selling daytona dials (I learnt the hard way, had to get a whole arf watch to mod my daytona) but thought they were more easy on stuff like dj bezels. If you got told no too, it will be a no
