As the title states, anybody have recommendations for the best vendor if I’m in the market for a replica Radiomir? Really want a 183G, but there’s just a plethora of vendors to choose from.

An interesting choice.
In fact, the PAM183 G series is a very old rep, which has not been produced for a very long time.
I realize that the reverse stitching and engraved movement is an interesting addition, but trust me, by today's standards, it won't look that good even if you can find it.
There were later releases in the late lineup of the DSN H series, JF K series, some old noob, and the latest, quality and relatively mainstream HF O series.
Any of the PAM183 that you choose is not in production at the moment, but it is found, although not often M2M, and of course, you have the opportunity to place WTB on this model.
