I know everyone says RolliWorks but they're not responding to my emails.

Any other options?

Looking to get the stretch on a 93250 oyster repaired.

Thanks

I'm shocked to see how often people recommend Rolliworks, I've had terrible experiences working with them and their lackluster customer service. I feel most people mentioning them don't actually have experience working with them, or low standards. IMO the gold standard in the US is LAWW, but be prepared to wait, you also get what you pay for with their prices. I'm not sure if they're still doing bracelet repair, but I know they've done it for me in the past.

I sent Rolliworks a gen 16233 bracelet to restore. They did a nice job, but the price was $400. Probably won't be using them again.

That seems to be the going rate. Have you found anyone cheaper in the US?

Per the forums, it's LAWW. You pay for what you get. Michael Young is cheaper, but then you deal with overseas stuff
