Best Spring Bar Options For Noob 243M?

Hi guys,

I have a noob 243m with a stuck qr lug button.

I would like to ask if there is a spring bar that looks similar to the stock lug bar after installation or is the ones with 1 screw slot version on ebay still the best option?

I got this from a m2m sales, thus I doubt the TD or whoever he got it from will replace the case.
The other option is to buy a mid case which I am trying to avoid.....
