Best source for PAM 088?

I am looking to get a REP PAM 088, anyone have a lot of success with them in the past, who did you get them from and what is the going rate? I did a search and a few people mention them, but they mention WHO they bought them from (actual names of the people, not the dealer name, so it is hard to know what dealer they are talking about).
