My plan is to get the Best replica clone Rolex Submariner no date 114060 and then change the movement with original Swiss Eta 2824-2, which one you would advise to buy to accomplish this?

Any no date with Asian 2824, but there's not that many so choose the one you prefer​​​​​​

Just buy one from BK with the Swiss movement already in it.

I had a Noob V10 of 114060 with movement 3130. The aspects of the whole was pretty good a part a few imperfections on the bracelet. But the very ugly thing was the noise of the movement. That’s why I am looking for the Swiss ETA 2824-2. Do you know if this will be silent? I am actually looking for the most noiseless engine

Yep. BK can get you one with a Swiss movement and can silence the rotor.
