Best PAM models for Women?

I'm seeing all of these Pinterest pages with women wearing different PAM watches and I'm wondering if they are specific models tailored for women only or are they all Unisex? I guess my main concern would be for women who have small wrists, they wouldn't want to wear big 42-45mm size watches. Any model numbers you guys could point me in the PAM line that would be of the smaller sizes?

There’s a 574 for sale in M2M right now — a 42mm Radiomir has the added advantage of no crown guard, so it wears even slimmer.

There are also some 40mm Luminors (049 or 050) which are relatively rare, but great alternatives and not bad reps.

I once saw a PAM048 40mm RG with diamond bezel. It is something that my wife would wear.

Just look for both 40mm Luminor and Radiomir ... adding a 'diamond' bezel would turn a men watch into a ladies watch ... that is what my wife did to mine. :rollingonthefloor:
