Had a quick scan through @ALE 's excellent PAM reference review guide for you, all the 40mm models would seem to be pretty badly replicated but the 2 recent 0 Series P.9000 models from December seem to be very good, both have very bad crown guard and lever but apart from that they're very well done. There's the 393 which you linked and also the
392 which is more accurate according to the guide as it's SS (more accurately copied than RG generally and also the case-back engraving and fonts are better).
KW/V6F have since done a 'lite version' of the P series for both models also but they have yet to be evaluated for the guide so I have no idea if they're better or worse, or indeed what makes them 'lite'. I have KW's lite version of the 438 for instance which was significantly cheaper than the non-lite due to it having a Seagull movement in place of the usual A7750 which many (including ALE) would argue is more reliable, it also has the balance wheel in a much better position than the A7750 version.
Maybe ask ALE or one of the other PAM consulting team guys which of these 42mm models is better replicated before purchasing as more expensive doesn't always seem to mean better in rep-land.
Hope this helps.
