Best PAM 309/322 OOTB

Hi guys,

does somebody know which of our TD´s has the best 309/322? I like this Radiomir so much that I would like to order one.

Unfortunately there are no good replicas for these watches, all the replicas 309/322 are Low grade reps
Below some comments about these watches

PAM 309
EVALUATION: LOW GRADE REP
In 2008 K-series Panerai introduced the PAM322, PAM 309 and in 2010 M-series the PAM 349, three watches Radiomir Titanium 47mm with a pink gold ring inside the case around the dial, a design element that is inspired on one of the vintage Panerai watches.
PAM 322 and 309 are essentially the same watch but 322 has a Brown Sandwich dial and 309 has a Black sandwich dial and 100 units were produced, as opposed to the even lower production number of the PAM322 which is 50 units. The millesimation of both watches is X/150. 100 units of the 309 and 50 of the brown dialed 322, together this accounts for 150 watches. The PAM 349 has the same structure but it has the famous and striking "art deco" like California dial showing an unusual combination of Roman and Arabic numerals, only 12 watches were made of this model. Three watches have Brushed Titanium case with contrased Polished Titanium bezel, Display caseback, seconds @9 sub-dial and the Panerai OP XXVII manual movement, which is based on a Minerva calibre 16-15 movement. This calibre is modified so that the small seconds is at 9 o'clock position - it was originally located at six o'clock position on the Minerva Seconde Grande Authentique. The finishing was actually done by Minerva for Panerai.
The replicas of this watch, despite they have a decorated Minerva like movement, are Low grade reps and they are not an advisable purchase

Not to my knowledge. I build mine with some rg paint, lume, and DSN hands. Simona strap btw:

Also DSN (davidsen) sells a closed caseback version (309 and 322) that imo has the most accurate dial, hands, dial ring. Mine was from Puretime (m2m) and my understanding is that there is one maker and all are the same coming from China.

Well, the PAM399 was just released late last year. The relevant development being the release of a rather nice looking OP XXVII Minerva movement, which was actually one of the better things about the rep. The other parts of the PAM309/322 are rather easy enough to replicate, only the movement was missing (and being display caseback models, this is a very big issue). Now if one of the makers would pay attention...

Also DSN (davidsen) sells a closed caseback version (309 and 322) that imo has the most accurate dial, hands, dial ring. Mine was from Puretime (m2m) and my understanding is that there is one maker and all are the same coming from China.

So one can conceivably make a rather accurate PAM309/322 rep with PAM 309/322 DSN parts and the movement from the PAM399. Interesting.

Assuming the DSN case accepts the display caseback, you are into something here. I checked and my case will not accept the DSN dial ring. His case is unique at least in that regard.
