Hi, I am new to this hobby and just started collecting these watches. Its very addictive! I've always been nervous spending money online, but I'm so glad I did and even happier I found Andrew at Trusty Time. The customer service experience was the best I've ever had. The service and communication was wonderful. Within 14 days I had 4 beautiful watches! Andrew responded to questions instantly no matter what time of the day I made inquiries (I don't think he ever sleeps, lol). He was extremely patient and offered advice and information while I was selecting my purchases. The order confirmation, QC pictures and shipping tracking was sent out so quickly in a professional and timely manner. I wish all online stores offered this "concierge" like VIP service. I have already placed another order and will continue to do business with Andrew as I get more into the hobby.
