Best goto for PAM builds?

As the title says, looking to start a franken of one or a couple of my PAMs. Who's the goto watchsmith to get the job done. Any in the US. I'm sure someone is going to tell me to use the search function, but I am also trying to get my post count up and be a more active member in the forum...lol

Oascom is a very well respected watchsmith/builder, and US based.
