Best full Gold Entry-High Tier Rolex Reps?

Hello everyone, I would like to explore my options regarding entry-level high-tier full golden Rolex reps. A few Qs:

1. Are the high-tier full golden Rolex reps usable as daily beaters or will they cause issues?
2. Are there also any other full-gold Rolex high-tier reps that you guys can suggest, other than the submarine? The size should not be more than 42mm due to my ~17cm wrist.

There is a LOT on this forum about FULL gold reps - basically (to my knowledge) there are none made FULL gold. Now "if" you go gold rep it will be plated (a lot of threads on this too) and, to my experience, they last well but, of course, not as good as FULL gold. The biggest "tell" when you try to pass a plated gold rep off as a full gold gen is the weight. The FULL gold gen will be a LOT heavier than a gold plated.

I suggest you look on the threads about this subject - there is NO easy way to work which is the best option for you (considering the price difference between gen and rep). My experience is that rep is waaaay better because of the cost saving and if you don't allow others to feel it (i.e. the weight) then 99.9% of people can't tell gen from rep on your wrist.

Now if you go a stainless version of rep these do weigh almost the same as gen and unless you are a jeweller and take it apart and study with a lens - 99.9999% of people can't tell the difference. Sure the guys on here can BUT they are EXPERTS and only a VERY small percentage of watch enthusiasts out there.

In terms of out the box full YG reps I would highly recommend BP factory Day-Dates. BP has one of the best out of the box yellow gold plating colours on the market (imo) and they are also fairly inexpensive when compared to some of the high end reps on the market these days. I've owned 2 variations of the BP YG Day-Date and was very impressed with the colour.

I would say as a caveat however that Day-dates in general are not the best repped watches out there. The proportions are just not quite right and anyone with a gen would likely be able to tell its a rep pretty quickly.

Another option if the new Clean oysterflex daytona 116518. Now this is not technically a "full gold" rep as it is on a rubber strap. But it is an incredible rep with THE best YG colour on the market. It is on the more expensive side however, selling for ~$858 on most TD pages. Here is a link to a post I made recently on my first impressions of the watch after buying it:

What are my options for high-tier reps up to ~500€? Possible to get a good high-tier golden rep for that price?

Any of the RWI Trusted Dealers can get any of the reps you're interested in. In my personal experience, JTime is always a good choice.

A good idea to get your gold/platinum reps plated through a trusted watchmaker here. The plating from the factory is usually trash.
