Hello best factory is clean? Or vsf ?

VSF for a better crystal cyclops. Clean for slightly better quality stones in the dial (possibly. I'm basing this on people with Clean loving their stones for some sparkle. Whereas my VSF stones are just dead).

VSF Datejust direct from Factory is actually very good enough.

For diamond dials, maybe you can source a genuine dial which likely will cost in the USD1500-2000 region and you get a almost perfect piece.
