Best experience with lucy

Hello Lucy,

It was the second time for me to order from Lucy.
It least a bit longer but it was worth it.
For me it was always difficult to see flaws from QC photos, so I must trust the dealer. This is no problem when ordering from Lucy. She gave the watches back to the factory and ordered better ones for me. That makes a great and worth difference from other TD I ordered from.
All three watches were top quality. The plus was the overwork from Lucy’s watchmaker.
Lucy also gave me the advice so that I had the opportunity to take the best model of the demanded model.
Rep watches are only a hobby for me, so I personally have no problem to wait a bit (or a bit longer), especially when the result is so Phantastic.

What was the timeline on your order?

I paid her 2 months ago for a ZF IWC Portugieser 7 days and never had any return ever since. When we were negotiating she told me that in 5 days she would send QC pics.

A: 'Great, when can you deliver?'
B: 'In Z days'

Sounds like negotiating to me. But I may be wrong since english is not my first language.

Timeline:
I think I asked her for the 2 GMTs in may 2023, but for ARF GMTs.
She gave me (good) advice to wait a bit for the new clean factory GMTs with the new DD movement.

Best we can do: follow her advice!

The wait is worth it!

Her quality check is (a real QC) and not only taking pictures and send them to the customer… she saw some little imperfections on one of the watches and asked for a better one.

Good for me! More work for her!
Important: I think in the end I get the best possible piece.

When dealing with Lucy … I know I have to wait a bit (or a more of a bit) longer … but I am sure from no one I could get better pieces.

What I expect from Lucy is … the best possible piece, good advice. Her extra plus service is that her watchmaker does his work on the watch.

Nobody must have the fear not to get what he ordered from Lucy (my thoughts and experiences) but can be sure to get the best possible watch.

I can only give the advice to calm down … wait a bit (or maybe a bit longer).
