Looking for a White face, blue hand Broad arrow chrono...ant recommendations on who is producing the best at this time?

The biggest problem with these watches is the subdial spacing. The only ones with proper spacing are quartz.

Your best bet would be to look the sell/trade section and hope one would be crazy enough to sell it
