Don't quote me but I think JF 9-9.5 is considered the best. I'm not a Jf expert though because it's before my time of getting into reps. But quite frankly I think ZF is also fine.

I don't think ZF is a major upgrade to JF. There hasn't been much diver improvements over the last few years.

It depends on cost. Cost to service and rebrush may be the same as a new rep lol

If you look to upgrade maybe look at 15720 from APSF with the new clone movement.
