Best 425 version?

I looked through ALE's guide (really great guide, he's the best) and I saw no mention of the ZF version, I understand currently there are two versions available, ZF and SF, which is better? Thank you.

I picked up this V3 movement 425 with sapphire M2M last year...my grail watch have no idea if it's a ZF or SF though...how can u tell?

The head of the regulator is squared. Therefore it is SF

...and to humbly add to ALE's comment, the inscription/lettering on the dial is slightly more bold and a tiny bit more on the yellow side on the SF versions.
