Choices for 40 and 42mm are going to be very slim. I would suggest you pick out a few PAMs that you like and then ask us about them. So we don't go "I would suggest 1, 2, and 3." and then you go "what about 4?" Last thing you want to do is discourage people from helping you because you didn't even try to help yourself first.
