Beginning to worry about 520 purchase from trusted dealer......

I pulled the trigger on a 520 V6F from a trusted dealer (also my first order from this dealer). The QC pics were slow to come and I ended up rejecting the first one because the movement was gold instead of silver in color.

Now it seems like I'm not getting any response about finding me one with the correct movement and was told they would send "if factory was able to supply them with one".

I assumed this was a new enough watch that sourcing wouldn't really be an issue. . It's been almost a month!

Have you tried escalating to the mods? And this does not belong to the Panerai area, even though it involves a PAM.

? On the PAM 520 Q V6F Best Edition (which is the same as KW) the movement is golden and imo it´s the best version available.
There is another one, cheaper, with longer chronopushers that has a silvery movement with just some golden wheels but it´s the worse watch.

I love the looks and the movement of this watch so I´m confused right now....

Interesting, because the pictures on the website of the dealer that I purchased from show movement pictures that are silver with a few gold wheels.

Yes, but that´s the cheaper and less good version, it has this movement look (the one You should not go for):

Those are not the V6F version photos on the website. The more pertinent question though is which did you pay for? The VF6 is $40 costlier.

All is good, just ask the TD once more for the one he already sent qc-pics for, I think this was just a misunderstanding, he had the wrong pics on his site but got the right watch, so that´s also what You paid for

I sent an email asking them about the movement pics being the same in the cheaper and V6F versions. And that the original QC a pics he sent were probably correct, as it looks identical to the gold one in your previous post.

From what I read so far the golden plated movement is a feature limited to kw PAM 519.
PAM 518 and 520 from kw/v6f had the SS movement. Or at least so it was at the release date

Some 520s from Kw have golden plates, some silver. Waiting for Your dealer response, cause I don't want to order incorrect golden version.

If You look at 520 O version and 520 Q version movements You will see that both are silver, but are different, for. ex. panerai signature.
