I've been waiting for my refund from TrustyTime for over 2 MONTHS. The summary as follows:
  • 08/01/20: Order placed for Hublot Classic Fusion.
  • 10/01/20: 1st QC pics sent.
  • 11/01/20: RL 1st QC pics due to marker misalignment.
  • 12/01/20: 2nd QC pics sent.
  • 12/01/20: RL 2nd QC pics since the flaw even worse than 1st QC.
  • 12/01/20: Dealer said they already picked the best from the lot.
  • 12/01/20: GL and clearly mentioned the dealer to send the 1st QC NOT the 2nd.
  • 16/01/20: The package is shipped and tracking provided.
  • 21/01/20: Received the package but WRONG watch was sent. They sent the 2nd QC instead of the 1st QC.
  • 21/01/20: Dealer said I didn't say that properly. They offered for exchange.
  • 21/01/20: I requested for a refund and sent the watch back to them following their instruction.
2 weeks later...
  • 05/02/20: The package arrived at customs and pending clearance on 29/01/20. I contacted dealer to ask what took it so long?
  • 05/02/20: They said they will check with the Watchsmith when they back on 28/02.
3 weeks later...
  • 28/02/20: I asked for update.
  • 28/02/20: They said the watchsmith not opened yet, will open after March.
Weeks later...
  • 13/03/20: Been asking for update weekly, but they kept responding they haven't received anything yet, there's nothing they can do and just have to keep waiting.
I don't really know what to do know. I've been waiting for over 2 months and I paid over 400USD + shipping for the return. It extremely frustrating...

sad to see your first post is not a presentation but a negative feedback to someone....


1- Andrew (Trusty) is a very good guy and always does his best to satisfy customers.....i can imagine COVID19 could take some issue in the workchain, and i am sure he will try to solve any question with you....i purchase watches on Trusty site from more than 10 years, always perfect transaction.

2-Trusty is a TD and this is a warranty, so be calm and everything will be ok

3- wellcome on RWI, we wait your presentation

I did reply you via emails and told you the the package was pending customs clearance, and it has not reached us yet.

Tracking today has just confirmed that the package did not clear customs and was being sent back to the sender.
