I've been waiting for my refund from TrustyTime for over 2 MONTHS. The summary as follows:
- 08/01/20: Order placed for Hublot Classic Fusion.
- 10/01/20: 1st QC pics sent.
- 11/01/20: RL 1st QC pics due to marker misalignment.
- 12/01/20: 2nd QC pics sent.
- 12/01/20: RL 2nd QC pics since the flaw even worse than 1st QC.
- 12/01/20: Dealer said they already picked the best from the lot.
- 12/01/20: GL and clearly mentioned the dealer to send the 1st QC NOT the 2nd.
- 16/01/20: The package is shipped and tracking provided.
- 21/01/20: Received the package but WRONG watch was sent. They sent the 2nd QC instead of the 1st QC.
- 21/01/20: Dealer said I didn't say that properly. They offered for exchange.
- 21/01/20: I requested for a refund and sent the watch back to them following their instruction.
- 05/02/20: The package arrived at customs and pending clearance on 29/01/20. I contacted dealer to ask what took it so long?
- 05/02/20: They said they will check with the Watchsmith when they back on 28/02.
- 28/02/20: I asked for update.
- 28/02/20: They said the watchsmith not opened yet, will open after March.
- 13/03/20: Been asking for update weekly, but they kept responding they haven't received anything yet, there's nothing they can do and just have to keep waiting.
