BCE: Ready to modd: swiss 7750 and new dial

Hi,

look what the postman brought recently: A new dial for my BCE! I am also wating for a swiss 7750 (soigne´ with blue screws) which has been ordered a few days ago. I am sure that watch will become a KILLER :lol:

I ordered that BCE from Angus in early January and was disappointed because of the brownish dial. I ordered the grey/ black version but that dial is horrible. The new dial with arabic numerals was a purchase by chance and I am truly lucky. I don't know if it is really a gen part which I got from a private collector. But the quality is way better than the common rep dials. Unfortunately there is no chance to source further parts e.g. a gen DW.

I assume it is a gen because I compared it to the common BCE reps with arabic numerals and my dial is another league. Very interesting: It is brand new: no misprintings, no dings/ dongs, no scratche. There was a guy on the bay selling Br. dials and three out of four I purchased have been cr.. But this one is from another (unfortunately unique) source and way better.
