Recently placed an order for a GMT Batgirl with C Time. It was my first time ordering from them. All communication was amazing. After receiving the watch, there was an issue with the clasp. I contacted them on WhatsApp, and they sent me a new clasp free of charge. Excellent customer service. Will certainly be using them for my next purchase.
