Base or Luminor with cannon pin fix, dealers???

I have a couple of Davidsen's watches and they are great reps but the dial fonts and crown guard fit on the last 2 have left me looking.

Are there any other dealers offering base dial or Luminor dials, logos etc. (111, 005 etc.) that already have the cannon pin fix?

Its everyone's wish to have the cannon pin problem fixed. However, this is not going to happen now. It really depends on your luck as you may fetch one without recessed pin problem. Chance is slim as the production for this batch of rep with the correct pin has stopped for a long time.

I managed to get PAM001 that comes without recessed pin problem and the correct case back. What excite me further is that the serial number is almost correct too. Check out the pic below. I was lucky to pick it up from a shop in Shenzhen. But the hunt for it need tremendous stamina and effort. So I will suggest that you source here and check with our dealers at your own ease.




Anyway, luck is still available to catch before it is too late. Ruby's PAM036 is the best that comes without recessed pin (from the pics she posted), thick crown and also serial number behind the top corners. I think the price is also very reasonable.

pics did not show up, but I know what you are saying. Of the ones I have, my fiddy while it doesnt have the cannon fix, it doesnt look so bad. my 111H, I can live with as it is my every day watch. I too am looking for the PERFECT REP, but my friends, those words do not, and should not go together, allmost like COUNTRY MUSIC... it just does not sound right =)

There are reps that are better than others, thats for sure, but in this game, part of the fun is sourcing, and spending the money, even though my wife does not think so.
