Hi Vintage-Fans,

I would like to build a Tudor-Vintage, since I love the Oyster-bands and am not too much into Rolexes.

I was thinking about a Ranger oder an Oysterdate

Yuki only seems to have the snow-flake Oysterdate parts, but I prefer the Mercedes-hands (and corresponding dial). Any ideas on where to get the parts?

Which rep would you choose as a base for the builds?

Thanks!

jmb is the Prince of Tudors, so you should search for posts about his many builds.

For a Ranger franken, you could start with a Rolex 5500 case, which is 34mm. Then buy a 2836 movement, a crystal (Cyclope 112?), dial and hands from Yukiwatch. Finish it off with a 19mm 7835 bracelet. I think that should do it!
