I have a question here for the 47mm pam 389, hope some of you guys can help me out. This watch has the newer strap changing system where you change the watch strap like this.

I realized one of my pins cannot fit into the hole as deep as the other one, because the tip pin isn't as straight as the other. When i turn it using my thumb, i can see the tip moving up and down. I didn't install the 2 pins inside ( below the picture ), the picture is just to show what i mean and where.

For example, if i fit the this pin into the left hole, it won't be installed as deep as the right pin at the right hole.

Should i use this pin? I am worry that if i don't get a good replacement, it might damaged the strap changing system where u have to press it to fit the pin.

Just straighten it out. Go slow and be gentle. Should be easy. Im surprised there aren't any aftermerket pins yet.

I have yet to see some aftermarket stuff, but our TD-s should be able to source it without any issues...

+1 They should be available from the TD you got the PAM389 from, especially since you may have gotten it that way. Wasn't the pin issue evident in the QC pictures?
