Hi Gang,
I am still owing you guys a proper introduction thread, but I am so excited right now that I will have to postpone it for another day or two.
Currently I am on my Thailand vacation ... I am not new to the rep world - I have bought my first Submariner around 8 years ago followed by many more beautiful timepieces that are still in my posession. I have a couple orders pending from a TD, but since all factories are closed due to the Chinese new year celebrations I got a little bit impatient lately.
So I went to the Patpong Night Market ... most of the watches you find there on display are a Canal St special. I found a few vendors that agreed to show me through their secret backroom speakeasy after convincing them that the quality I saw was indeed not "the best you can get". The Nautilus that I was after still had a very broad standard deviation in term of quality (especially the blueness of the dial) but eventually I found one that I was pretty content with. After sculling a couple beers and bartering as if there was no tomorrow, it was finally mine.
As I am fairly new to the Nautilus club, I would like you to have a look and tell me what you think. Also, can anyone of you tell what factory this beautiful thing is from?
Cheers
