Balance wobble in clone vs gen RLX movement

Something you can't see with the naked eye but is blatantly obvious under a microscope. The poor tolerances in the clone movement result in balance wobble, which results in wear, lost energy, and poorer performance. If the clone's balance - the most critical part of a mechanical movement - has loose tolerances like this, you can assume the entire gear train is just as bad.

This is a great video, thanks for posting.
Can the end play be reduced by swapping out the jewels or is the problem in the tolerances on the staff itself?
