Badly misaligned dial

Purchased a watch without proper photos (never again) and received it with a badly rotated dial. Is this fixable?

Actually yes, thankfully. Since it is a ZF made watch, what they do is they attach the dial to the movement ring, not the movement itself. That way they achieve perfect datewheel alignment.
