Purchased a watch without proper photos (never again) and received it with a badly rotated dial. Is this fixable?

It should be an easy fix. As @KushBandit said the dial feet may be bent. If you can't ajust them just cut them off and glue the dial to the movement Ring.

I'm pretty sure that's not the case with these ZF reps. The dial is attached to the movement holder to allow it to be rotated to line up with the date wheel. If you rotate the dial the date wheel could become misaligned which is a bigger job.

Edit: if you just take the caseback off and rotate the whole thing (movement and holder) a little bit without taking it out of the case it should move everything, dial and all. Allowing better positioning in the case.

Here is another thread the OP started asking the same question and he tried to fix the dial with a bad ending.
