I purchased a Submariner on 04/04/2022. I chose the top of the range on offer priced at $528 with a $60 shipping fee. The transaction was processed, I received the QC pics on 11/04/2022 - everything looked fine. The watch was posted on 16/04/2022. I received the watch 2 months later, on 10/06/2022. To my dismay there were two visible defects.

1. A hairline crack or chip inside the sapphire at 2 o'clock
2. The center of the black dial was noticeably ballooned / rippled as if it was not flattered

I reported the defects to Steve by emails - I was told to return the watch for repair. On 12/10/2022 the watch was received by TheOneWatch team for repair. After many chasers, on 19/12/2022, I was informed that the watch had not yet been repaired and that Steve would check with the factory to speed things up. on 15/01/2023 I'm told the watch is repaired.

On 17/03/2023 the watch finally arrives, almost a year later, but to my surprise it has not been fixed and still presents the same two defects I reported in April 2022. I've emailed Steve asking for a standard replacement.
