Bad Movement in Davidsen 112?

Hi everyone. Let me start out by saying that my dsn 112 that i bought 3 years ago was my first rep Pam. I also have a 127 from him and love both watches to death. I recently bought one as a gift for a friend, and something just doesn't seem right with the movement. When I wind the watch, the "resistance" is not even as it is on my other DSNs. Basically, it is easy to twist for half a rotation, and harder to twist for the other half rotation. Additionally, when I change the time, the resistance once again gets stronger as I hit the 15 marker. I was wondering if you think this is a big concern and if it is worth reaching out to Davidsen to possibly get an exchange? Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

If you are concerned at all then contact Davidson as he's the only guy who'll put your mind at ease.

Your stem is bent.

Just remove the stem and straigten it. It should take about 3 minutes.

If your not comfortable doing it yourself, a watch smith will do it for 5 bucks.

Thanks for the replies everyone. I'd be happy to go to my local watch smith.... I just want to make sure that if he cant fix it that i can still send it back to davidsen. Are you fairly confident that it is the stem?

If i do need to return it to davidsen, how long does the return process take?

I'm starting to get frustrated with QA in the rep scene.... I'd say 5/8 of the last watches i received this year have have problems and they have come from BK, WBK, and Davidsen (and i dont consider myself to be picky at all). I obviously got everything squared away with them, but still!!

Thanks again guys.
