that it's fake. he knows and is knowingly scamming.

The first three offers were from me.
I went all the way up to $33 but he wasn't interested.

Kind of off topic I guess but really curious.

What happens in an instance where he/she does pull off selling this but later is determined that the watch is indeed a counterfeit?

Are they looking at a fine? Jailtime?

Any penalties for owning one? Are we all criminals here? Where's the cut off?

we can own, that is legal. we can not sell.
he is committing a crime, different offense based on his home state.

he could get a fine, restitution and probably probation/jail too.
