Bad experience

It was the second order. The first order was well received with no problem. In this order, I ordered an arf watch and when I ordered, They did not mention about the situation that the arf company has now. After two weeks they told me there was a problem with the factory after I emailed them how things were going.
It was such a disappointing experience.

Shit happens. We are dealing with contraband. You roll the dice, sometimes you loose. Personally I wouldn't worry when in comes to dealing with Trusty Time.

I think it's GREAT experience when you have a TD who in tough times of raids still tries to get you your dream watch and, then, after offering you options, promptly returns your money. A bad experience is if you send someone money and never hear from them again in your lifetime . . .

I hope customers can understand that I have no control over the raids and when factory will close. Things happen especially when we are dealing with reps.

Should I not be able to fulfil the order, I will provide a full refund. Thanks
