Bought a beautiful Explorer from them. Everything went relatively smooth, but two days after I received it the watch stopped working. I reached out and went through troubleshooting with nothing working. He told me that they tested it and sent me the images of it working (great but I still have a dead watch).

He told me to ship it back, with no insurance, no tracking and say "toy watch". All at my expense. Needless to say the watch has been gone for 2 months and no word back.

I had to pay for the shipping myself, too.

I have a real rolex and I will say the quality on the Explorer was stunning, but since it never worked and now it's gone/lost I'm absolutely frustrated with the process.

I know not much can be done, but had to vent somewhere.

Amazing first post. - welcome to RWI. In fact many things could have be done. You didn't read the advise on this forum - how could you after signing up today just to vent. It is not recommended to send a watch back to China but solve it with the help of a local watch smith. Such issues can happen but are often solved easily: maybe just a blocked gear, which is fixed for an amount smaller than the fee to ship back the watch. And TDs usually cover the major amount - Trusty for sure would have done this too.
