Bought a beautiful Explorer from them. Everything went relatively smooth, but two days after I received it the watch stopped working. I reached out and went through troubleshooting with nothing working. He told me that they tested it and sent me the images of it working (great but I still have a dead watch).
He told me to ship it back, with no insurance, no tracking and say "toy watch". All at my expense. Needless to say the watch has been gone for 2 months and no word back.
I had to pay for the shipping myself, too.
I have a real rolex and I will say the quality on the Explorer was stunning, but since it never worked and now it's gone/lost I'm absolutely frustrated with the process.
I know not much can be done, but had to vent somewhere.
