I got it from Td for 3 weeks, the power reserve can last for less than 6 hours.....and today I find the button for changing strap is missing.....what a bad experience...

Yep, please discuss with your TD on the possible repair/replacement of the watch.

Unless you bought wholesale, I would think this would have a warranty of some kind from the TD. You may have to cover return shipping, but definitely worth looking into if you think its defective.

I contacted intime already and maybe they are on cny holidays, so I didn't get any reply yesterday.

I don't mind cover the shipping but the place I live don't allow us to ship watches or electronic products to China....I have another watch out of work in few weeks bough from the same td is also facing the same problem, td promised to repair or fix but I can't find any method to ship the watches

I disagree. Out of the 100+ reps I have owned I have only had an issue with a few and they were issues that can arise in Gen watches to. I will play the lottery all day if you give me a 98 in 100 chance of winning.

Ryan guided me to ship the watch for repair and now in process. I like Ryan's follow up closely via email and I am planning to buy one more watch from intime now, I don't believe that rep watch can have after sales service
