Took this pic from a Facebook profile and thought i would share it with you guys. By far one of the best Milgauss combo's i have seen, Im pretty sure its a GEN but would love to own this piece one day if there were to be a REP version of it. Anyhow enjoy the pic.

Good find mate. Don't know if it's real or not. Millgauss Pro-Hunter maybe? He must have very small wrists, it looks allmost big on him.

Looks very sporty for a Milgauss. I would do an orange/black stripe nato instead. Like this one:

I don't think Rolex ever made a PVD version. It could be a gen that's been coated, but most likely it's a rep. People don't typically mess with gen Rollies unless they have money to play with a valuable watch. Guys with that kind of money are a) not wearing a Milgauss, b) would have a nicer strap, and c) have older looking arms.
I'm probably wrong, but that's just my 0.02.

True in what your saying, he also owns some other high end watches or reps cause i really cant tell. But yea that Milgauss is a keeper, not to big on the strap.
