my CNY holiday was over already,I back to work formally from today,so I can reply all emails normally from today,
in the CNY holiday,I back to my hometown to stayed with my family,so I can't work well then,missed most emails in the holiday too,
I will reply all these previous emails asap in recent days,if you have send me emails in the holiday(in the last weeks) but didn't get my reply,
if you see this thread,please resend me another new email to remind me,so I can reply you at once,
in Jan,I have send about 100 watches out already then,if you had ordered from me before the CNY holiday,I think most of you should got your watches already,or few of packages were in the shipping way still,but you can get them soon too,so don't worry,I have about 3~5 orders haven't finished then still,all because the watch out of stock or the watch didn't pass my QC and test,I got some new orders in the holiday also,I will finish all these orders preferentially,
because I missed most of emails in the CNY holiday,so I decide to extend the 10% CNY holiday discount,this 10% discount for all watches will end on March 31th,extend all special offer for these watches below to March 31th also,
my customers like order watches from me,because I always very serious on QC and test,clean dust,adjust the movement,etc,
I always try my best on QC and test,to make the watches all are ok before send out,so my customers like my services on watches,
but in recent years,for a variety of personal reasons,sometime,I reply emails slowly indeed,I sincerely apologize to all of you,
this is the 11th year after I joined in RWI,it's a new year now,I want to work better for my customers,I want to reply all my customers in time like I joined here in 2013,so in this year,I will reply all emails within 24 hours again,I will finish all orders faster,faster,faster than before,
but certainly,hehe,I will do the same good QC and test service like before,this is my promise,
recently,I always trying to get an account of whatsapp,but it's a little troublesome in China indeed,I think I can finish it within a week,
I will post my whatsapp account in RWI a few days later,if you want,you can add me in your whatsapp,so I can reply your messages and emails better,
