interaktiv is an awesome watchmaker. Sent a TC 16610LN v7x for a service, pressure testing and new date wheel, he was very patient with me as it was my first time sending watch abroad to a watchsmith and I had many questions. He is very busy but total turnaround time from watch leaving to receiving back in my hands 1 month (sent 20th June, received 20th July). I am extremely pleased with his work and professionalism and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to other members. Will be 100% sending him more watches in future.
