Hi PureTime, I've been waiting for the tracking information for my order ID 264675 since 10th Feb. I've contacted the tracking team had I'm still yet to receive a response or update. Can you pls give me an update on my order.

My other was made on the 27th of Jan. This is my 3rd order with PureTime and I've never had to wait for shipping information this long.
Due to the upgrade of the website system some time ago, the tracking number was not automatically issued, you can login to our website or email our tracking [email protected] for inquiries
Same situation here. I've emailed the tracking team at PureTime twice already and still no response. I can't see any tracking information when I log in as well.
Same here placed the order on Feb 4 for two watches Received QC for one of the watches on the 15th than 17th for the second watch. Shipped out watches on the 22 I've been checking the status via tracking number and no movement .....I dont know.
Most of the recent express delivery will not update the status until the express package arrives at the destination city, and it will be delivered within two or three days after the new status is available. Please wait more days.
