PAM 005 from Puretime

Has anyone seen the new PAM 005 from Puretime? Just wondering if anyone has seen the AR on it.

Everyone has seen the 005 and no one has had his hands on one. Wait until CNY is over and dealers start sending packages. Should be another 3 weeks or so until we see a thorough review of that watch

Oh yeah, being a fan of the logo's pam i can't wait either!!

But since it's from the same factory as the new 177 & 219 the AR should be the same.

i have one of the new 219 and the ar is pretty good. i dont see any color, but im still gonna switch it out with one of takas ar crystals. i have his crystals in my 111 and 112, i havent seen them since they have been installed (still at the doctor) but when i got them in the mail i checked them out and they looked amazing so im sure they will be better installed.

I'd suggest putting BigC's C3 crystals on that baby. They're the best crystals money can buy you. Same thing the real PAMs used, just not labeled OEM

My primary gripe is going to be that damn crown, either it's going to be a T48 or some modding, not sure which. It's reassuring that T will start making the standard 1.2mm SS T48 again.

Honestly this crown looks pretty good from the pics, the one on the 111J looks better but not a major difference. The only modding i would do is make it a little less closer from the case but switch it with "t" crown i don't know..it won'be springloaded anymore.

I suppose that you could put the crown on a lathe and bevel the edges that way. Or put an OEM crown, then you're changing the tube again a lot of work.

I just spotted a posting on Wc saying that some of the New 005's have already been shipped, looks like we might get some decent pic's or even a review sooner than expected.:thinking: Nice start for the dealers if its as good as the 177,219,288

Orders? orders? Who do they think they are? If the watch is any good then they should be showing it off this just makes me think otherwise. They can't control everything in the rep world soon there will be reviews and this will be when I make my decision much like a lot of people.

Hopefully someone can anwser this question for me, if i was to do a movement transplant on this to swiss, would the best movement be a 6497-2 or the 6497-1, i believe the 6497-2 is the higher beat. Also i know where to buy the 6497-1 but struggling to find the 6497-2, does anyone know a supplier for these?
