Hi All
has anyone managed to secure the seawolf as per the link below lately

seems GF are struggling to produce. I’ve had one in order for a while now but with no luck in supply. Has anyone received one lately from GF - say last 2-3 months or so ?

would love to hear a review of quality and accuracy of dial etc..
Really love this older version of the seawolf and hope GF come back on line and can supply soon…..

All the factories are having trouble due to the raids by the police. I have bought the Breitling Avenger II Seawolf HK Limited Edition GF Black Dial Nylon Strap M17311 HK Version which is the same case only DLC coated. It is very well done. GF does a better job than any of the other factories. During this difficult time for the factories and the TD's you just have to wait. I have 4 watches on order a the moment without any worries. The TD's will get the watch as soon as they can.

Thanks for the response and for your opinion on the HK SW.
yes I’ve had many watches delayed due to the raids and TD’s struggling to get stock. I just hope GF recover and they can still make that model as I’m very keen for it… money paid.

I'm not sure about the newer gf releases, I believe the premier and chronomats are available but alot of the other models are hard to come by. So Andrew originally said the gf factory had the older 43mm chrono after 2 other dealers said it was out of stock. I took a chance and he ends up telling me they don't. So I asked a couple different superocean models and ended up ordering the 44mm special black ceramic bezel on bracelet. Hopefully qc pics dont take forever.

Yes ! That’s the model I want. SWII, cobra yellow with the red automatic insignia…. On rubber strap. Looks good on your wrist. How is that one faring for you ? Any mechanical issues ? Have you gotten used to the size… especially the 18mm thickness.. what’s your wrist size.

So I had the gen black dial back in the day and it was my fav watch. I have had the rep black and now the rep yellow dial. The watches are so close in quality its amazing. The a2428 runs great and lasts for days with a couple shakes. The size is really large for an everyday watch but I love it when I want to wear something a bit larger. I'm about a 7.25 inch wrist.

Yep the black dial is great but the yellow dial is my preferred option. If you ever want to sell it !!!!! PM me…

I also have this in Cobra yellow, the one you linked to is the new version, where they have corrected the number 1 on the 100, as it shouldn't have the tick at the top of the 1 like the pic from Profex ( I have the same one as Profex with a Gen blue rubber strap and Deployant clasp) and its a beautiful watch.

Beautiful indeed ! I have one on order from GF with Lucy ( true time ), on order for months, but I’m struggling to get any update from her and last I heard, GF we’re out of stock in that one…. I’m hoping they will still make it and the raids haven’t killed off their suppliers parts… Patience is a virtue.

I was lucky and found the same in black in the UK stock from Sead. Waiting for the package any day now!
