Avenger Black Steel. Safe to buy?

I really like this watch. To me its one of those watches that looks on the plane side, yet something about it I find really fascinating.

I was wondering if it was safe to buy one, since I have been hearing about the a7750 movement not being very reliable.

And if it is ok to buy one, does anyone have any recommedations on where to buy one?

I got one and it is running fine! I got my from Precious Time but they come from the same fab so pick out your dealer of choice.

your safe to buy from any of the trusted dealers here on the forum. I usually buy from Puretime or Watchstation. They've always treated me well. I have many a7750 reps and have only had one problem a year ago with a dead movement, but the dealer sent me a new one so problem solved.

Just make sure you get the AAA+ quality V3 Super-Rep with genuine Swiss ETA movement, and problem solved! :lol:

I'd worry more about the lume dots being hit or miss than I would about the mvt. At $400+ I expected that to be fixed. Seems it's the same as the SS AS's some look great, some look ok, and some look like crap.
