So I just picked this watch up from trusty… I like it a lot however I have a question, is the pearl supposed to be flat or bubbled? Not sure how it is on a Gen..Thx

The Gen pearl is bubbled like the GF. Some of the Breitlings made by ANF have a flat piece of plastic as the pearl. That is why I asked about the factory. You can see the shape at this Gen seller.

Some models, like the blackbird, should be flat. Yours should indeed be domed.

(The shape is good, but the gen one looks more glass like)

I have a Gen and a GF, the Gen's peral looks more glass like that's right but its not so high as the one from GF

My GF blacksteel version (ordered when first released) is not high like this at all. I did get a white dial one from trust also but the date font and pearl were completely wrong so it appears to be variations in batches.

Completely agree, stunning rep just try and find one with the correct date font...there are three variations of date fonts out there!
