Athaya 6154 thick caseback compability

Hi guys, anyone have experience with this athaya 6154 caseback?
Will this fit ZF pam 424/425/448/449 47mm radiomir without any modifications?

I seriously doubt it, the 6154 case is quite different from a radiomir case
