Asso straps and quality between strap price ranges ?

I am going to order a pam 111 and I really want an asso strap to creat a look like this https://www.flickr.com/photos/shiroangphotography/10273889094

I do not see many people with asso straps and I looked through many websites but did not find any similar ones for sale. Am I simply looking in the wrong places? Should i go with the standard darker asso strap from the dealer or what is the highest quality form the factory? calf crock or asso?

I never bought a high quality strap either ($100+) so I would like to know how significant is the difference at different price ranges?

I bought my straps for my Gen Pam112 from Amazon since I wasn't ready to fork out +$100 to a leather strap. I bought one almost identical to the image you posted and cost me around $20. I couldn't be happier with it. Genuine leather and feels/wears great. Eventually, I will buy one of those high-end handmade straps but not now.

If you are not ready to spend that kind of money Amazon straps are great to start with. I will buy an expensive one in the future for its historic, vintage thick worn out look/style.

Probably would be better if you posted a picture of the strap that you have. It shouldn't take that long.

Vintage thick style straps can be bought on eBay for in the same general price range as your assolutamente strap.

I would appreciate that, its so hard for me to tell the color of the strap on amazon every picture looks different. Im looking for the least yellowish brown and more sandy brown.

Note: You are absolutely right, images and the actual colors are most of the time not the same as the strap itself.
