Assembly problem!

Hi,

I have been working on a 111H built on different part (LH,T,Toro,Cartel) and need some help mounting the CG.

It no problem to fasten the Toro CG, fits perfectly on a Cartel case, but the lever can shut since the crown seems to thick!
Even if I remove the seam it's still not possible!
So as I can see it, my only option is to file down the lever???
Is that really the way you mount a Toro CG?!?!?!

Have any other used this combination (T crown and Toro CG) that can help me?

there's two options:

most common is to file down the lever. being an H series you can do that.

other is to mount the crown on a lathe and turn down the dish a tad. or rather
deepen the dish a bit. I'm pretty sure that T sells both regular and deep dish
crowns, and it seems you have a regular.

Yes, I've had some time to search around and you are correct, my crown is the thicker.
Since it's spring loaded, it looks like modding the lever is the best way...

The crown is a bit wobbly though, could it be I've mounted it incorrect?

I will answer my own question - the crown was not correct, to long seam

Now I need to file down the lever...

Make sure you file it down right to give it the correct snap
