I found an OMEGA SEAMASTER 42MM SS ASIAN 4813 BLACK 117, but I can't find any info on this movement. If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated.

it's like a high-beat (28,800bph) version of the 2813 (aka the a21j)

still not as smooth as an eta/eta clone 28,800bph, but should be a little smoother than an a21j.. should be fairly reliable too.

Would it be possible to easily swap the 4813 mentioned into a watch that has the 2813? If so, where could I buy some?

If you're planning to buy the 4813 PO for just the movement to swap into another watch that has a 2813, that is an expensive way to go, as Ofrei has 4813's for sale for around 25 bucks.
